5 QUESTIONS TO ASK
YOUR VP CATERER
How do I go about booking a catered event with VP
You can contact our event coordinators using our
contact form, or via email or phone and we can
obtain some information (date, time, number of
people, etc.) pertaining to your needs. At that time
we can do a proposal for you. To ensure the date we
will need to obtain a signed contact and deposit.
Is your staff trained, hired and scheduled by
Our staff is hired and thoroughly trained by us,
and as a result are very familiar with our service
styles, food and company beliefs. We believe
seamless service is imperative to a successful
event. Our in-house staffing coordinator personally
interviews, selects, and trains each member of the
VP Event Team.
How much in advance do we need to book a party?
The sooner the better especially with a larger
sized function. The more time we have to help you
coordinate the better but we can also accommodate
last minute requests.
What is the labor breakdown?
We show exactly who is working your event, how
many personnel, what their positions are, how long
we expect them to be at the event site, and how much
you are charged per hour for staff.
Do you prepare your food on-site? Do you prepare
all your food yourself?
Our cuisine is made from scratch from our
facility and prepared in a timely manner to be fresh
and hot at your serving time. There are many
occasions where we can provide you with an onsite
chef to prepare items accordingly.
Thank you, and we hope we've helped!
